What are you having a hard time comprehending? I was making a point that the judges will have the power of saying what is obscene and not obscene in individual cases. What we may think is not obscene (something as simple as a nipple showing) may still be deemed obscene by the judge. This is the way things are heading under the current administration.
This is a message board. I use it as a brain dump. Honestly I could give a fuck how you or anyone else judges my intelligence based on my postings here.
