You have to love the absurdity of it. It means there's an anal little man/woman in German government somewhere that genuinely believes actions like this will 'clean up the Internet' and make it a porn free zone for anyone without a credit card or who can prove they are 18.
Whatever drugs they are on to alter reality that much I want some!
