I'll be the dissenter here and say don't just dismiss it. Talk to an attorney. The fact you're transmitting your website to their country probably gives them some legal right.

I have this on all my warning pages .....

"I am an adult over the age of 21 and the viewing, reading, and/or downloading of images from this site do not violate the community standards of my locality, city, town, county, state, province, country or other community to which I belong "

So, someone in Germany reads that and it DOES violate the community standards of their country ....... legally, can Germany go after someone from another country?

I know Germany has extremely strict laws about what you can send via the mail. You can't send any material that is sexual, even r-rated, unless you send it to a registered business.
