Maybe Germany should think back to what happened last time they tried to force their ideals on the world. They're apparently aware of the failure of national Socialism, they even mention it on their own site:
2. In the area of the glorification of Nazi ideology and racial hatred
Propagation of Nazi ideology so as to be liable to have an undesirable influence on the moral development of young people is present,
- if the ideas of National Socialism, its racial teachings, its authoritarian dictator principle, its national indoctrination programme, its readiness to accept war and its conduct of warfare is canvassed;
- if the killing of millions of people, in particular the systematic extermination of Jewish people in the so-called Third Reich is denied;
- if the Nazi regime is intended to be enhanced in status and rehabilitated through falsified or incomplete information, in particular, if Adolf Hitler and his fellow Party members are portrayed as models (or tragic heroes).
