Hey, I was just wondering. Im starting up my second TGP site, and I need to know one thing.

Most TGP sites seem to have rather basic design's, and don't contain very much images. What do YOU think is a better idea: High quality layout with graphics and mouseovers and other eye candy, or a basic layout (think thehun.net for a low quality design) :D

Anyway, I was just curious...
