It's terrific for chronic pain or after surgery, but there are so many people who get hooked to it, it's unbelievable. I swear, it's a worse problem than heroin. It's one of the rare drugs I wouldn't touch recreationally because of the sheer number of people I've seen who ended up hooked up on it. Of course, they all try to justify it a la Rush Limbaugh, "It's my bad back... I need it! Not my fault!"
