Okay.... fair enough... I guess I'm not that big yet. BUT....
I DO know what I require. And someone hired to hire people may not have the eye I require to examine demos and find faults or details that are either fixable or inherently fucked and unfixable....
I want to see that. I will always want to see that. Because if someone is going to put something out with MY name on it.... it will be at a kick ass level right to the fucking pixel. No exceptions.
Thus... hiring will always be a bitch for me.
