On Friday PHSL closed at .14 cents...up about 16 1/2 percent because they found a new bank. Now they reported that they have found a DOMESTIC bank. The stock is a definate buy and I could see this stock jumping to .30 cents in October.

The Ibill sale will go through in January and since the announcement came out at 3:00 PM on Friday this will not have any affect on the stock price. If it would have had an effect the stock price would have dropped on Friday.

Now the stock could go down a cent or two because of profit taking but over all this is a huge buy.
