Anti-depressants are bullshit, either they are placebo effect-reliant snakeoil or they have undesirable effects such as slowly killing your entire spectrum of feelings as well as decreasing your creativity. Don't let them put you on a zombie prescription just for feeling a little lonely (like all humans feel, and ultimately are). The real cure is to find a friend or a girlfriend, or convince yourself that you don't need such things to begin with. You can find friends online if you aren't much on the outside world, but I think the best way to find people you can really bond with is to go to some sort of a social arrangement for a hobby or a sport you really like and then see if you can find someone of your approximate age and philosophy.
Feel free to hit me up on ICQ or MSN (or phone if you don't mind a thick Norwegian accent

) when you want to talk to someone. I enjoy conversations with people from all walks of life.
*As a side-note to would-be entrepeneurs, there could be a high potential in match-making for friendships (as opposed to dates). People value true friendship almost equally to romance, and I think relatively few of them ever find friends to whom they can bond on more than a superficial level in today's flat and hasty reality.
