It's free, and tons of models and photographers are listed there. I know for a fact that the major model agencies watch new listings especially for opportunities at new models. It seems they recently moved to a faster server. Anyway, when I want to help a model, I'll list her there. For example, here's one for my latest discovery. You Vegasites will be particularly interested (BTW, be patient: it's a slow server but well worth it if you are looking for models):
