I just cant decide if covering up my links is going to make them think im tricking them... or is not covering up the links going to make them think im tricking them.

Ever thought of just putting up a message saying that your site is popup free? I think this is the main concern for surfers, and as long as your honest with them I don't think they care.
I've had a mouseover on my site since it started, doesn't seem to bother people. Nobody has complained anyhow
