I really like Netflix-it's so convenient to just drop it in the mail...especially for me with the litter of kids, lol. Going in to pick out and rent a movie with 2 9-10yos, and 2 1-3yos is just not a stress-free errand, lmao.
Their customer service was awesome, too....I had to file a report with the postal service because twice DVDs disappeared from my mailbox, and also a garment sample from a manufacturer I was considering for my lingerie shop. They were completely cool about it....I just sent them a copy of my report and they didn't make ME pay for the DVDs.
(Coincidentally....or not....within a week I had a new carrier and haven't had a problem since. Other than the bored teenagers playing mailbox baseball on weekends, since I'm on a corner in a very rural area, lolol.)
