It was a vocation that I chose after I received an AA at JC...at the age of 22. My mentor wanted me to get a BA before I entered so that I could become an officer...but I had...had enough of school. After Desert Storm ended my career...I attended University...on my GI Bill. Even though I physically suffer from my service I do not regret it and I am only sorry that I could not complete my 30 years. It is among the most honorable vocations that exists...but certainly is not a career for the ordinary person.
