yes, there are skinny heroin addicts, and there are fat heroin addicts . . .what you are seeing are non-functional addicts . . .the ones that have to beg and steal and worry about where they will get their next fix.
There are plenty out there that don't need to worry about their next fix, and you would never know they were heroin addicts
