You saw pictures of about 6 girls. The girls weren't dressed like strippers, so therefore "folks up there in Canada are very conservative"
Keep in mind that Canada has a population of 32 million people, and you saw how 6 girls dressed.
Imagine a Canadian seeing pictures of 6 girls in a club in Boise, Idaho and they were dressed conservatively, and so they came to the conclusion that "folks down there in America are very conservative"
