I see too many things wrong with your scenario...
1st, FBI *GUYS*... (a little man-love action here?)
2nd, posing as 18 year old would imply they told you they were 18.
3rd, either they said they were 18 or they said they were 16... which is it? Cuz the logs don't lie. You either have proof or you're fucked.
