Me personally I wouldn't have sex with anyone under 18 for a number of reasons. 1 being they will probably be too immature. another being they would be the same age as my brother.
I'm 21, my girlfriend is 21, we were 17 when we had sex for the first time together. I think this is ok, we were both as mature as each other.
Actually I think I probably wouldn't have sex with anyone under 19 to be honest.
