Jews eat it, it's another deli type food. ya know what - i grew up with people talking about tongue sandwiches and i never even put two and two together - until one day when i was about 20 i was at a buddy's house, i was in the kitchen, and the mom was making tongue cuz apparently my friend's dad loved it - so i was standing in front of the stove with a covered pot on it steaming and my friend took off the lid - and there it was, a HUGE THICK cow's tongue - looked like it had just been yanked out of the poor cow's mouth.

i'll pass, corned beef and pastrami are enough for me.
