I wont hold your hand , but i will gie you a few hints..
On the page that you change the voice url you need to view-source , then save a copy of it to your computer, then find the form input line in the html and make sure its pointed directly to a server not /file.php ( i.e.
http://profiles.yahoo.com/file.php )
then you need to find the server to point to. ( this is the hard part ) but if you do some sniffing you should be able to find it ..
hint* many countries have there own profiles serers. Hint , look for asian ones..
