Verotels invoices is a little confusing. They pay the holdback, but it isn't showing on the invoice like it should.

Click on "My Money" - Click on "My Invoices" - check the latest invoice. You'll see the "Reseller income" minus "holdback" isn't equal "Pay out to customer". They have added the holdback from 6 month ago to the amount.
