Perfect Gonzo has been great for me. The sales are killer- just wish I had more traffic. Great content, lots of helpful things like gallery headers, good selection of HPAs, FPAs, etc.
Lightspeed Cash is great if you want something less "gonzo". I love the new Lightspeed V4 stats section.
They both have the ability to construct links with campaign attributes for tracking - a very helpful feature.
