Believe what you want but it is not a conspiracy theory. One of the first things the Bush admin done when it got in office was pass new bankruptcy laws that made it a lot more difficult to wipe off credit card debt with a bankruptcy. Visa/MC pushed hard for this to pass and when this happened it was rumored that Bush agreed to the new law with the understanding that Visa/MC would use its heavy hand to rid the net of porn. The first wave we saw was a few years ago when out of the blue MC insisted everyone using a 3rd party be approved and pay a $750 fee and Visa followed. This shit happens in a series of steps and this is just another one of them.
