You shouldn't of went public with this on GFY. Domain sharks are going to eat up this lead, cut you out, etc - Why? Because, this business is cutthroat for one, most lack ethics for two, and three - $10k is not much to most domainers. To GFYers? TGPers? Sure, but domainers?
