Yes. It's mostly class and PART politics.
No company would look good kicking another company while they're down.
If me and a girlfriend broke up, it would make me look like an asshole to try to make a fool out of her after the fact. It would be better for me to take the high road and be civil about the whole thing. Why? Because if I don't act like an asshole and take the high road, maybe the girls FRIENDS would take an interest in me and give me a little punani on the rebound.
