I use sextracker, ucj, and another counter.
this is how they say about one off my sites:
Sextracker: 55482 yesterday (unique)
UCJ: 79601 yesterday (donīt know if itīs unique)
My other counter: 61991 yesterday (uniques)
Itīs very strange that all show different and that big different. Who should I trust???

Use a counter that parses the Apache log file. If the other counter you mentioned does that - trust it.
Image counters depend on browsers to behave correctly, the Apache log file will always contain all requests made to the server a given day/period.
