I checked some of the cases against him and saw that he lost about 85% of them. So it should be easy the get those domains tranfered.
I was hoping that the domains I want would expire pretty soon, but one of them has been renewed on 2004-07-20. The news about him being in prison are from before that, like April. So the domains don't just expire while Johnny's in prison.

Well if you have a legitimate claim to the domain why not. If it's a really good name and you have a very good case, why not wait for someone to pay thousands on the secondary market and then take it away via UDRP
