if they're americans with drug convictions on their records they won't be getting into BC or many foreign places outside of the USA unfortunatly.
It's still illegial in BC - the police just don't go after it.
i hear there's places like that in northern california too but i'm not sure.
i don't smoke pot but i have a criminology degree and i believe pot SHOULD be legal - it's a LOT better than booze.
