Complain to the dealership. This guy sounds like a grade-A asshole, I would have gotten him fired. Make sure to mention that you're also writing letters to Toyota's Quality Assurance department
More than likely, a guy like this has had complaints before, and if this had happened to me, I'd take great pleasure in getting him fired. But maybe I'm just a little bit of an asshole like that, too.
