nooo. the only thing i took back then was protein shakes, but never consistently. then i gained a lactose intolerance and i couldn't even drink lactose-free protein shakes.

it's very possible to get some good size without resorting to drugs. i was/am very consistent about my workouts. i also strive for new goals weight-lifting wise.

my barbell flat bench press max is 275
my flat dumbbell press is 120 lb dumbbells for 5 reps
preacher curl 135x6 reps
barbell shoulder press 185x5
dumbbell shoulder press 90x5
deadlift 375x4

i'm 6'0 185

all about intensity and forcing an adequate adaptive response.

i still have a LOT of room for improvement and I can't wait till i'm reppin the 3 plates !
