If you know anything about content production costs then you know it costs a lot more than the 34k to encode.
Plus.....I have lost a week worth of work from my main powerhouse machine. Work that I will need to get caught up on starting tomorrow. Work that I could be done with by now if I had used Dream Tank's services.
For the record...I have been ripped by outsourcing video projects before and I have sworn to never to that again...BUT....I fully trust Jim and the people he works with.

Well I encode my movies myself, it does take a long time, I have over 700 gigs of encoded movies in my site so I know. That said, it would cost me less to simply hire someone to do the job than paying 4$ per minute. That's why I said "expensive"
