All reserve issues have been resolved with primary account holders. Again, if you or someone you know believes that we owe them money either from processing or reserves then please send me an email and I will look into it personally.
In regards to Conrad, his account was closed due to fraudulent activity. All funds for his account are being transferred to the webmaster, it is now
the webmasters decision whether or not to pay Conrad. Anytime Epoch determines an account to have high levels of fraudulent activity such as with this account then the account is automatically terminated. In addition, our agreement is with the webmaster not the reseller. The bottom line is we are not holding any of your
money Conrad.
