Well, your 1/2 way there... It sounds like your eating the right things. Now if you have the "drive", apply it to your diet too! Make sure you eat something every 3 hours... EVEN IF YOUR NOT HUNGRY! small portions though!
btw... sushi rules! and is sooooo very healty!
Oh, and diet soda isn't "bad" , but does contain allot of sodium. So if you want to look very "cut" I'd suggest baking off it. I have maybe 1-3 a week at most... and that's when i'm mixing with Crown!
