The videos are sickening, the people doing it lower than animals whatever they think their justification is etc etc but....
Somebody help me to undertsand why ANY civilian would go there in the first place knowing that shit like that may happen to them? Only a few hours ago people were shouting that teenagers deserved to die because they knew the risks of their actions. These guys must also know the risks but still take them.
Don't get me wrong. I still feel sorry for the guys and their families etc but wtf were they thinking being out there? Is a little extra money EVER worth risking that shit for?
The forces signed up to do shit like that. I'd imagine though that few if any of the civilians kidnapped ever had the possibility in their original job description. So why on earth would you want to go out there?
I suppose more curious than anything else if anyone else would go and work out there or even visit if they weren't a member of the armed services? I'm buggered if I would no matter how much I was offered. And if you would do so what on earth would be the jusitifcation?
