remote reboots, you login and reboot the machine.
it shuts off power to the machine, and then re-enables the power.
the machine must be set in the bios, to boot on power, so that itll come back up.
you need this if you have slow hosting provider, otherwise its not that big of a deal cause u just message the host on live chat and ask for a reboot.
