There were multiple things happening while Clinton was president, the only difference is that Clinton was all over it, and dealt with it.
The last few years of his presidency he was actively trying to get Bin Laden and other terrorists.
When Bush took over the white house, Clinton told him that the number 1 threat to the US was Bin Laden, but Bush just didnīt give a fuck....
For you morons who think that Clinton did nothing, read Dick Clarkes book: Against All Enemies ( and no - heīs not a Clinton man - He worked for Reagan, Bush Sr. Clinton and Bush Jr (the stupid one) and he quit after before 911 (but was still active on 911) because Bush just didnīt have a clue and because he couldnīt get trough to the imbecil.
Hell, if thatīs not enough - read Clintons book (even though you probably already made up you mind).
There was a LOT of terrorist activity under Clinton, but he dealt with it EFFECTIVELY instead of going on vacation and ignoring reports titled: "Bin Laden Determined To Attack Inside the US"...
