Obviously you dont know what it means, ANY president following clinton was gonna have a rough time, without 9/11 to boot. Go dig up some financials on that time period and also the 4 years before when Sr. was pres and you will see how clinton was setup with prime financial times and what he did or lack thereof and see why it was gonna collapse sooner or later.
