the bible is nothing else but the opinion of a group of people. I agree with some things, disagree with others. The bible is an attempt to teach pure morality, but fails in many ways, because of self contrediction in many passages as well as conflict with other religions, and not allowing people to keep an open mind about other religions.
I don't know how we are created, I do not take time to think about that. What I do take time for instead, is HOW to live my life because I am immensely fortunate to be here. Carpe Diem
If I was a strong believer, of course the bible would have affected my decision! The bible says "to lust is a sin". A strong believer will therefore believe this passage and think of porn as sinful, something that will prevent him from accessing to heaver.
The bible also sees lying as a sin, and immoral, so I would avoid lies at all costs.
That's the thing with the bible, it's a "brainwashing tool" that comes from people who "BELIEVE they know the truth about morality and life"
and that is why I am not a believer
what I DO believe in, is MY philosophy of life, and of course, that may NOT be the truth, but it is my opinion and perception
