If you wanna buy one, buy a good one, take a brand, and let someone in a store advice you about it.. I've seen some plasma screens, and usually, the cheaper ones just have a bad quality..
I bought a Philips 42" plasma a month ago, got a good deal

just don't want to go overboard since I probably won't have it for too too long, just a stand in for a year or two and a living room TV while other banged up one is in basement.
