It is a fact that police chases increase the likelihood of serious injury. This is why Los Angeles has passed several regulations to limit high speed chases. Why not tag the car and wait? Or back off till the car ran out of gas. Cars are considered deadly weapons. The Georgia trooper had only been chasing the car for a few minutes (as stated in the video). He was being gung-ho. The trooper should pay for his actions.
