Cop should not chase unless they are 100 % sure that the driver is willing to kill or be killed.
My friend who is cop in Jersey City ran through a red light while chasing joy riders and t-boned a mini van. Luckily no one in the mini van was hurt.
A car chase always ends up bad.
Common sense should prevail........
Cops should get the license number, description of the car and person. After that they should let up chasing and sent out an APB.
