It was a non-adult site as well, and it was unmanaged. If they want to keep this thing from happening, they will employ us to do script installs and configurations.
If you dont know what you are doing, you get a host who does. The user obviously didnt, and didnt do anything about it.
Cant do much about that, except fix the issue after it happened and get rid of the user.
