I brought something around those lines up to the cop, his first response was, "Why?" and gave me a weird look, i was like 'uh, well wouldnt you go catch him or something'.
Then he gave me an example about how many people speed on the freeway, and asked me what they do if someone calls in someone speeding on the freeway? I stayed quiet, and he answered me with, 'nothing, we'd say, 'uh thanks'. and he made the hanging up motion.
