You both should have got tickets. You were the easiest target so they nabbed you. Pay the ticket and be glad you didn't kill someone. Things could have been MUCH worse.

I was behind him at all times, the only time i was actually speeding was right after he almost killed me, as i was trying to write his license plate # down.
