My theory is just like one I have probably sputed at you before. They have thousands of tiny aggrigators. And the little guys have people click links so they get their 50% revshare on the click.
Have buddies do that, and on 1000 little sites, you can generate tens of thousands of clicks a day on high bid search terms.
