I'd say read the TOS closely of any program you are going to send traffic to, so you can see what they are disclosing and not. If they disclose the things they pay on up front, then make your decision. If not, then they should be.
At the end of the day, who is sending you the biggest check for the same amount of traffic and in the shortest time? That's who should be getting your traffic
