take all the graphics out of a university medical book ... no text ... put them on a website called "illegal.??" (use your imagination for the ??) .... those graphics are real CP ...
put the graphics back into the medical book with the text ...and the same graphics are NOT CP...
something is only pornographic or illegal depending on where it is ...and purpose ....follow?
