Translation . . .
I'm proud that my father pulled strings to keep me out of my duty to serve my country in its time of dire need. An enemy threatened our country and I ran away and hid. I wanted zero chance of having to "serve" my country during a time of war and I absolutely wanted NO part of combat. Sure my country needed me, but shit . . . let someone else do that shit because I'm a drunk and a coward and I would much rather see a middle class or poor person die (or have a limb blown off) than me.
I will love my country as long as I can ?love it? from my barstool . . . and as long as I don?t have to risk anything.
When our country called . . . I am PROUD to say that I didn't come running to help defend our country. Instead, I got stinking drunk and laughed at all the sad fuckers who had NO political connections to save them.
All you common people can EAT MY "GW BUSH" politically connected shit!
AND . . . I still don?t believe John Kerry volunteered for service. I also think it is pure bullshit that he volunteered for combat. I bet he never saw day one of combat. They pass out purple hearts and silver stars to everyone. Ask anyone . . . I?m sure they have a silver star and a purple heart and most people have several purple hearts.
