who is the salesman you dealt with? i will personally ensure he gets fired. there is no prechecked warranty bs we have to ask you and even then it's only 3-5 years max. i hope it wasn't one of those new hires i recruited from gfy. he said he was reliable and an excellent salesman from his years of selling on tgp galleries. if it is my ass will be on the line too for recommending him.

I know how you feel Sears Salesman, I have the very same problems in Washington with newbies and on the job trainees.
