I think that in some areas that number gets worse.

Here is another scarry one. One in 27 cars in Miami are stolen.

So you are sitting at a light in Miami, and there are about 40 cars. at least one is most likely stolen.

It would be my luck that all other 39 were and they were looking at mine with an interested eye.
