just change your habits, after 3 days it out of your system and now your only fighting yourself. after a month if you smell it your going to puke it sickens you.
drink water, breath deeply and realize your going to be a bitch for a short time and get friends around you to support you.. but keep in mnd always, your free from it - its not your mind your fighting with.
